Random Explorer Problem — And How To Fix It

For some reason, the toolbars and menu disappeared from Windows Explorer when I did my usual method of firing it up — Windows+E. Just as it was annoying me enough, I googled for windows explorer “missing toolbars” and found a utility to restore missing toolbars. It says it’s only designed for use with IE and Windows Explorer under Windows xp, but it worked fine here on win2k. Bonzer!
