I can’t believe what I saw earlier today during an ad break in Stargate SG-1 on Sky One … an advert for iams, which is some healthy type food for cats. They actually had the phrase “reduces the signs of aging on your cats teeth by over 28%.” Um, I can understand phrases like “reduces the signs of aging on your skin” or “your thighs” or “your gaping sagging bags underneath your eyes” for makeup ads (for humans!), but this was a CAT FOOD ADVERT!
