not defending the fans, but it was a bit of a no brainer if the screens failed, the fans had been drinking and ‘gers lost. given zenit turned over bayern, i wasn’t really surprised.
Yeah, but it kicked off before the end of the game. They were attacking the maintenance guys coming to *fix the damned thing* (according to reports in paper media).
To be fair to the majority of the Hunnish Horde, most of them happily got bussed off to the standby venues with screens.
